cholate triple

Imgredientes:                                                                                                                                               100g de chocolate branco                                                                                                                            100g de chocolate meio amargo                                                                                                                   100g de chocolate ao leite                                                                                                                          60g de margarina                                                                                                                                          180ml de creme de leite                                                                                                                              3 colheres de sopa de gelatina em pó                                                                                                          6 clara em neve (batida 2 a 2)                                                                                                                     6 colheres de sopa de açucar                                                                                                                      Modo de preparar:                                                                                                                                      Fundir o chocolate branco com 20g de manteiga e 60ml de creme de leite. Junte 01colher de gelatina em pó hidratada.
Adicione a isto, 02 claras em neve, batidas com 02 colheres de açucar.
Misture tudo muito bem, mas com delicadeza. Coloque  esta mistura num molde retangular forrado com papel filme( para desenformar) e leve para gelar no frezzer por 1 hora.
Repita o processo da maneira com os outros 2 chocolates, para formar camadas. Depois de tudo pronto, deixa gelar por 8 horas na geladeira. E depois só servir...
