Chocolate Pave Bank

Ingredientes:                                                                                                                                               1 lata de leite condensado                                                                                                                                                      3 vezes a mesma medida (da lata) de leite                                                                                            1/2 xícara (chá) de amido de milho                                                                                                            2 tabletes de chocolate branco (200g cada)                                                                                             1 lata de creme de leite (sem soro)                                                                                                           2 pacotes de biscoito champanhe                                                                                                       Modo de Preparo:                                                                                                                                     Em uma panela, coloque o leite condensado, o leite e o amido de milho                                                Leve ao fogo, mexendo sempre até engrossar                                                                                  Retire do fogo e acrescente um tablete de chocolate                                                                         Mexa bem até o chocolate derreter e se incorporar ao creme                                                             Quando esfriar, misture o creme de leite e reserve                                                                        Umedeça os biscoitos no leite restante e forre o fundo de um recipiente refratário retangular (aproximadamente 22 x 35 cm)                                                                                                               Despeje metade do creme e ponha outra camada de biscoitos                                                                Espalhe a outra metade do creme e cubra com o outro tablete de chocolate branco ralado no ralo grosso                                                                                                                                                       Leve à geladeira por cerca de 3 horas
